I think in the case of the Thor 2 account, the explanation is actually easier: he was following that account. Their tweets would have landed right on his timeline.
I really have no idea if he has someone “managing” his twitter……..it’s entirely possible, but I really don’t know. It’s impossible for me to say how big his “team” has become over the months…assuming he even has such a thing. Luke, for instance, only seems to be with Tom when he is doing press and other public appearances…..during the whole “Only Lovers Left Alive” shoot, Luke was nowhere to be seen.
